Now that you've discovered the Mage Academy in CastleVille, it's time to really put your spellcasting skills to the test via a new set of "Mage Academy Spellcasting" quests. Enchanting Explorations
Have 3 Bifocals
Expand to reveal the Mage Academy
Expand to find the Spells and Enchantments Wing
If you've already completed the quests in the Mage Academy Revealed series, you'll also have expanded out into the Mage Academy square, so that checkmark will be instant. As for the new Wing of the Academy, it can be reached by spending 5,000 coins and one Exploration Crystal to explore the Gloom. You'll also need to have 300 Castle Level to expand, but that
shouldn't be a problem. Finally, the Bifocals can be earned by posting a general request to your news feed for help. You'll receive 2,000 coins and 40 XP for completing this first quest.
An Icy Inconvenience
Thaw Out the Wint
Collect from the Wing with a Magical Tome
Collect from 7 Houses
When you reach the Spells and Enchantments Wing, you'll find it covered in ice, which must be removed by collecting building materials. You'll need two Mortar, seven Coal, five Blowtorches, and two Bronze Bars to complete this first step. The Blowtorches are earned by posting another request to your news feed. The Coal can be earned by asking your friends to send it to you directly, and finally, the Mortars and Bronze Bars can be crafted in your Kingdom. Once it's thawed out, you'll need the Magical Tome to collect from the Wing. This Magical Tome requires items like Books and Wood to craft. Once you've finished these three steps, you'll receive 2,000 coins, 40 XP and a Pigasus Statue for completing this quest.
The Best Defense Is A...

This meteorite contains rare materials that you can then mine from it afterwards. It requires Alchemist Powders, Eggs, Down Feathers, and Pails of Water to create. As for the Shakedown Spell, this one is under the green Nature section, and it requires you to first craft a Harvest Wind Spell before it can be created. When you have that, you'll need to combine it with worms, rocks and more to actually create the Shakedown Spell, which can be used to collect from several buildings at the same. You'll receive 2,000 coins, 40 XP and a Pigasus for completing this last quest in the series. Good luck!
