SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ServiceNow (NYS: NOW) , a leading provider of cloud-based services to automate enterprise IT operations, today announced it will release financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2012 following the close of market on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013. ServiceNow will host a conference call and live webcast at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (22:00 GMT) that day to discuss the financial results.
