The new IceWEB SSD models replace the traditional spindle-type hard drives with solid state drives across the IceWEB line.

The new solid state appliances, dubbed the IceWEB ERX (environmentally responsible acceleration), provide dramatic increases in speed and IO performance over the already category-leading performance metrics of the standard IceWEB line of Unified Storage Appliances, while minimizing heat generation and power consumption.
