NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. (NYS: MITT) announced today that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend for the third quarter of $0.51563 per share on its Series A 8.25% Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYS: MITTPRA) . The dividend is payable on September 17, 2013 to holders of record at the close of business on August 30, 2013.
Additionally, the board of directors declared a cash dividend for the third quarter of $0.50 per share on its Series B 8.00% Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYS: MITTPRB) . The dividend is payable on September 17, 2013 to holders of record at the close of business on August 30, 2013.
