The retailer has consistently scored well and topped the charts since the Index was launched in 2005. ForeSee was fulsome in its praise of the company, opining that it "is a perfect example" of a firm providing quality service, and that it "is truly setting a new bar for an excellent customer experience."

Rounding out the top four leaders in the Index were clothing specialist LL Bean, with a score of 85, and Liberty Media's QVC and Vitacost , both with 84.
