CityVille Out in the Cold Goals: Everything you need to know
Now that Christmas is over, it's time for your citizens to take a break in CityVille, and you can help them do that via the three new Out in the Cold goals that were released this week. These goals are timed, and you'll only have 18 days to complete them as of this writing. We're here with a guide to finishing them off, thanks to the game's official wiki. Let's get started!

Ask for 12 Mugs of Cocoa
Harvest 75 Mistletoe
Build the Ski Lodge
The Mugs of Cocoa can be earned by posting a general request to your news feed. Meanwhile, the Mistletoe takes 16 hours to grow and costs 55 coins per square. Finally, the Ski Lodge is available to place via this goal window. It's a business that requires 315 Goods to operate. Its base requires seven energy to build, and it doesn't require any further building after that. You can simply put it to work, generating coins each time these Goods are exhausted. You'll receive 100 XP and two Bonus Crew members for completing this goal.

Increase Your Population by 3,000 citizens
Collect 30 Ear Muffs
Upgrade Ski Lodge to Level 2
The Ski Lodge can be upgraded by collecting 50 upgrade points. You'll earn a single point each time you collect from and supply the Ski Lodge, or you can ask your friends to send you points directly. You'll earn two points for each friend that responds. Once upgraded, the Ski Lodge will produce 1,950 coins, rather than 1,692 coins, but it will also require 363 Goods to operate, rather than 315 as in Level 1. Meanwhile, the Ear Muffs can be collected from Holiday Buildings in your city. When you complete this goal, you'll receive 300 XP and five energy.

Ask Neighbors for 20 Toasty Fires
Send 75 Tour Buses to Neighbor Businesses
Upgrade Ski Lodge to Level 3
The Level 3 of the Ski Lodge is completed in the same way as before, by collecting more and more upgrade points by either asking friends to send them to you, or by repeatedly collecting from and supplying the Ski Lodge over time. The building will change in shape and size as you upgrade it, so be prepared for that as well. For completing this final goal, you'll receive 500 XP and seven Zoning Permits. Hopefully, the 18 day time limit you have to complete these three goals is long enough to do just that, but we wish you the best of luck either way!
