Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYS: WSM) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share. The dividend is payable on February 25, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 25, 2013. As of November 25, 2012, the Company had 98,046,283 shares of common stock outstanding.
