TiVo CFO Resigns, New CFO Promoted

On Thursday, TiVo announced that Chief Financial Officer Anna Brunelle, a seven-year veteran of the company, has resigned and "will be leaving TiVo to pursue other opportunities" after an unspecified transition period.

Simultaneously with this announcement, the company announced that Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy Naveen Chopra has been promoted to take over as CFO. Also, Dan Phillips has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, and Jeff Klugman to Executive Vice President for Products and Revenue.

Shares of TiVo are down 1.7%, at $12.44, on the news.
