ELLICOTT CITY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Howard Bancorp, Inc. (NAS: HBMD) announced today that it has been added to the ABA NASDAQ Community Bank Index. The index includes approximately 400 community banks with more than $125 billion in market capitalization.
