Fidelity®Nasdaq Composite Index®Tracking Stock Fund Declares Quarterly Income Dividend

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fidelity Investments® announced today that the Fidelity® Nasdaq Composite Index® Tracking Stock Fund (NAS: ONEQ) will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.82 per share from net investment income. The dividend will be paid on December 28, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 26, 2012. The ex-dividend date is December 21, 2012.
