New Site Launches, With "Custom Design Center" Soon to Follow

TORRANCE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Smack Sportswear (OTCBB: SMAK), the leading brand of custom-designed athletic apparel (primarily focused on the sport of volleyball), today announced the launch of their newly designed website.

There were many goals behind the Phase I launch, including creation of a better user experience, with ease-of-shopping being the primary focus. The backend was also tweaked for speedier surfing, allowing consumers to see more products in less time.

Some of the many upgrades also include visible changes in the overall page layouts, having a more modern and uncluttered look. Large, lifestyle images take the place of heavy blocks of text. The results give way to a look that is open and contemporary, serving to reinforce the Smack brand's causal and inviting Southern California beach heritage. Information has been reprioritized and content driven sections added. The heavier trafficked parts of the site are now easier to find and faster to access.

A new Investor Relations page provides current company news, investment opportunities, as well as real time market information through Quotemedia's DataFeed Technology.

Phase II, expected to launch in January, will include many more high tech features, most important of which is the sophisticated "Custom Design Center." Limited only by one's imagination, this tool will allow visitors to design their own unique custom apparel. These designs can then be submitted for quote, production, emailed to friends, or posted on Facebook or Pinterest. Phase II also utilizes technology for maximum search engine optimization, greater integration of social media, and much more.
