NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Boards of Trustees of PIMCO Corporate & Income Strategy Fund (NYS: PCN) , PIMCO Corporate & Income Opportunity Fund (NYS: PTY) , PIMCO Income Opportunity Fund (NYS: PKO) , PIMCO Strategic Global Government Fund, Inc. (NYS: RCS) , PCM Fund, Inc. (NYS: PCM) , PIMCO Income Strategy Fund (NYS: PFL) , PIMCO Income Strategy Fund II (NYS: PFN) and PIMCO Dynamic Income Fund (NYS: PDI) (collectively, the "Funds") announced today that they have declared the following distributions on the Funds' common shares:
Per Common Share
The distributions will be payable on January 18, 2013 to shareholders of record on December 28, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 26, 2012.
The Funds are closed-end management investment companies. Allianz Global Investors Fund Management LLC ("AGIFM"), an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Allianz Asset Management of America, L.P., serves as the Funds' investment manager and is a member of Munich-based Allianz Group. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC, an AGIFM affiliate, serves as the Funds' sub-adviser.
