Smith and Executive Chairman René Lerer, M.D. will present a general overview of the Company and discuss its business strategy at the 31st Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Eastern, 7:30 a.m. Pacific time. The conference will take place at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco, CA.
