Fifth Third Bancorp Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend on its Common Stock

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fifth Third Bancorp (NAS: FITB) today declared a fourth quarter 2012 cash dividend on its common shares of $0.10. The cash dividend is payable on Thursday, January 17, 2013 to shareholders of record as of Monday, December 31, 2012.
