ASCC Hires Brand Development Expert

MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- This week, the Aristocrat Group Corp. (OTCBB: ASCC) hired Robert William Brown to serve as specialty brand and marketing consultant, adding 40 years of beverage industry experience to the Company.

Brown will bring a wealth of senior management expertise to ASCC, having served in senior positions for the top two beer companies in Canada as well as serving as regional director for a major North American winery and as director and executive vice-president for one of the largest beverage alcohol manufacturer and distributors in the world. Brown currently serves as chairman for one of Canada's most successful and profitable credit unions, based in British Columbia.

At ASCC, Brown will be in charge of brand development and product positioning as the company works to bring new ultra-premium spirits to the marketplace.

"Mr. Brown's main responsibilities will be growing our business and enhancing shareholder value," said ASCC CEO Cindy Morrissey. "We'll be relying on his long history of success to help us maximize our market potential."

Super-premium vodka will be the first product offering from ASCC's new brand management division, LuxuriaBrands, which is following the lead of industry frontrunners such as LVMH. Vodka is the biggest-selling spirit in the multi-billion-dollar U.S. distilled spirits industry. The Company is currently testing and sampling top-quality American ingredients and contacting the nation's leading liquor distributors.
