Rexahn Pharmaceuticals Expands its Intellectual Property Around Class of Potent Anti-cancer Isoquinolinamine Compounds
ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rexahn Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE Amex: RNN), a clinical stage pharmaceutical company commercializing potential best in class oncology and CNS therapeutics, today announced that it has significantly expanded its intellectual property (IP) around isoquinolinamine, a class of potent anti-cancer compounds. Rexahn has been issued a continuation patent US 8,314,123for US 8,034,829 to cover more new isoquinolinamine compounds and their pharmaceutical composition and method for producing an anti-tumor effect.
