Malaga Financial Corporation Announces 20% Increase in Quarterly Dividend

PALOS VERDES ESTATES, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Malaga Financial Corporation(OTCBB:MLGF) announced today the declaration of a cash dividend in the amount of 15 cents per share to shareholders of record on January 3, 2013. The dividend will be paid out on or about January 10, 2013. Randy C. Bowers, President and CEO, remarked, "We are pleased to announce a dividend increase to be paid in January 2013 in addition to the special dividend of 10 cents which will be paid before 2012 year end. This is our 34th consecutive quarterly cash dividend in addition to the special dividend and is possible as a result of record earnings for the first nine months of the year and our strong capital position."
