Indiana Department of Environmental Management Now Accepting Credit Card Payments

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- IN.gov and theIndiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) launched an over-the-counter payment solution to provide an additional payment option to users. Citizens are now able to pay IDEM with a credit or debit card.

The new over-the-counter payment solution allows customers to remit payment via credit or debit cards from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. either by visiting the Indianapolis, Indiana, office located at 100 N. Senate Avenue, IGCN 1324 or by phone (317) 232-8705. Customers may continue to pay via electronic fund transfers (EFTS/ACH), by check via mail, or may visit the office and pay by check or cash between the hours of 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.


"It is great to offer an alternative payment method to our constituents," said IDEM Commissioner Thomas Easterly. "Being able to offer IN.gov's services to accept payments is convenient and improves IDEM's customer service at no cost to taxpayers."
