Every Friday, we scan the weekly ads, deal sites and retailer marketing emails to find the best deals available for the coming week. Here are a few of the best freebies and limited-time offers we found.

Next weekend, shoppers will enjoy the day known as Super Saturday: the last Saturday before Christmas. It's traditionally one of the biggest retail days of the year, and since it falls well after most shipping deadlines, most of that shopping will take place in bricks-and-mortar stores.

In other words, if you don't want to face an absolutely mobbed mall, you should really finish up your Christmas shopping sooner. With that in mind, here are a few of the best deals happening this weekend. (All times mentioned are Eastern.)

Banana Republic offers 30% off all online purchases when you use the code BR30LIST. Certain classes of products are excluded from the sale, including leather, men's blazers and certain shoes and boots. The code is valid through 11:59 p.m. Sunday. As usual, shipping is free for purchases over $50.

J.Crew also offers 30% off everything , but extends the sale to stores as well. Online, you'll need to use the coupon code WISHLIST; in-store, you'll presumably have the markdown taken at the register. Men's suits, baby merchandise and certain third-party branded merchandise are excluded. The offer is good through 11:59 p.m. Monday, and you'll also get free shipping on all purchases during that time with no minimums.

• Not to be outdone, Express is taking 40% off everything in stores and online, and with very few exclusions. The sales is good until 11:59 p.m. Sunday. You will, however, have to spend $125 before you get free shipping.

Starbucks is offering a buy-one-get-one-free deal on all holiday drinks. The offer can be had at all Starbucks locations from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. through Sunday. The eligible drinks are the Caramel Brulee Latte, the Peppermint Mocha and Gingerbread Latte.

• Finally, Best Buy made waves this week by announcing that it would take $50 off all models of the iPhone 5. That means the phone will start at $150 with a new two-year agreement, regardless of whether you buy it in stores or online. This appears to be a permanent markdown.
