DeNA and Mobage celebrate Christmas with these five iOS game updates
Christmas will be here any day, and to celebrate, plenty of games in DeNA's Mobage social games platform have been updated with themed content to help get you into the Christmas spirit. We're here with a roundup of five of these app updates, ranging from Blood Brothers to World of Wizards, so let's get started!
Blood Brothers
Starting on December 17, Blood Brothers players will be treated to 20 bonus Bugles with every 10-set Scarlet Pact. On December 22, a new character by the name of Santa the Flesh-Eater will appear within a pact, which will be around until December 27. As the name might suggest, this character is definitely more naughty than nice, and you won't be able to find him anywhere else (unless of course he's re-released next year). This event will be available across both iOS and Android versions of the game.
Fantasica
Starting on December 17, Fantasica players can participate in an advent calendar of sorts, as bonus BT points will be available as players work together to unlock special prize panels. Each panel has a different prize underneath, so players are encouraged to play the game as much as possible during this event to unlock them all. All players that help unlock panels will receive an extra exclusive reward as well as the prize that all players will receive simply for playing during the holidays. This event will be available until December 26 on both Android and iOS.
HellFire
Winter is coming to HellFire, the game that places you in the role of a Gate Hunter that must destroy powerful rifts that allow evil demons into a once peaceful world. With this winter event comes new creatures and events to complete, as well as a special "Player Appreciation Gift" that will be given away sometime this month. Winter will only last in HellFire for a short time, so make sure to take part in this event across both Android and iOS if you're a fan of the game.
Ninja Royale
A brand new clan comes to the Ninja-themed fighting game this winter, as the Skitter clan is now available for interaction. From now until December 19, players will receive special prizes for simply logging into the game, and will be able to participate in a variety of themed events until this feature disappears. This event is available on both Android and iOS, and is available right now!
World of Wizards
The Mirror Kingdom has been visited by some cheerful Junior Wizards that have taken it upon themselves to decorate the world for the holidays. While a special present is available to all players this month, other items are available to purchase with real money. One bundle that contains Evo Fruit, Energy and Health Potions is 50% off, while a separate Santa-themed outfit is also available for half off. This event is available only on iOS, so take part in it while you can!
