WordTag challenges a new opponent, launches on Android for free

Earlier this year, we brought you an in-depth look at WordTag on iOS and Facebook, Juxta Labs' word game that challenges players to describe words Taboo-style without using key "taboo" words and without using too many characters. Now, Android players can join in on the fun as well, as WordTag has launched for free on the Google Play store.

Back when we first looked at the game on iOS and Facebook, it was supported by some pretty nasty ads and had more than a few bugs that needed to be tweaked, but this Android version seems to work just fine so far. With complete cross-platform play, this Android launch also opens up new possibilities for friends to challenge one another across their different mobile devices, when playing on Facebook simply isn't an option.
