Wireless Matrix Announces Delay in Release of Second Quarter Fiscal Year 2013 Results and Related Conference Call

HERNDON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wireless Matrix Corporation (TSX:WRX) (the "Company") announced today that it intends to delay the previously announced release of its second quarter fiscal year 2013 results to Thursday, December 20, 2012. On November 28, 2012, the Company issued a news release stating that it intended to release its second quarter fiscal year 2013 results on the morning of Thursday, December 13, 2012, and had scheduled a conference call to begin later that day. The Company now intends to release its second quarter fiscal year 2013 results at approximately 7:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, December 20, 2012 and will announce shortly the conference call to occur later that same day.
