Macquarie Infrastructure Company LLC Announces Acceleration of Fourth Quarter 2012 Dividend

  • Cash dividend of $0.6875 authorized

  • Dividend payable December 28, record date December 24

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Macquarie Infrastructure Company (NYS: MIC) announced that it will accelerate the payment of its regular fourth quarter 2012 cash dividend of $0.6875 per share from March 2013 to December 2012. The accelerated dividend payment is intended by the MIC Board of Directors to be in lieu of the dividend that would otherwise have been payable in the first quarter of 2013; the Company does not anticipate paying a dividend in the first quarter of 2013.

The cash dividend will be payable December 28, 2012 to holders of record December 24, 2012.
