NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The law firm of Wohl & Fruchter LLP has commenced an investigation into the proposed acquisition of TNS, Inc. (TNS) (NYS: TNS) by Siris Capital Group (Siris).
On December 11, 2012, TNS announced that it had entered into an agreement for an affiliate of Siris to acquire the company for $21/share in cash upon the recommendation of a special committee of its board of directors.
