Moody's Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On April 16, 2013, the Board of Directors of Moody's Corporation (NYS: MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share of MCO Common Stock. The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 20, 2013.
