Liquidmetal Technologies Appoints Bruce Bromage as SVP of Business Development and Operations

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Liquidmetal® Technologies Inc. (LTI) (OTCQB: LQMT), the leading developer of amorphous alloys and composites, has appointed Bruce Bromage as SVP of business development and operations. Bromage has served as a strategic marketing consultant to Liquidmetal Technologies since June 2012.

Bromage previously served eight years as an executive vice president and general manager at NASDAQ-listed Symmetricom, a worldwide leader in precision time and frequency technologies. Bromage's division at Symmetricom achieved six consecutive years of increased sales and profitability while doubling revenue. He directly managed the sales, marketing and engineering efforts of the timing, test, and measurement division, where products were sold worldwide to the telecommunications, aerospace and defense, and intelligence industries.


Prior to Symmetricom, Bromage held Vice President and Senior Vice President roles with two Silicon Valley companies and was with Hewlett Packard for seven years, serving as Director of Strategic Business Development. Previously, he worked nine years with Hughes Aircraft Company as Program Manager for Advanced Naval Tactical Display Systems.

Bromage received a B.A. and M.A. in Experimental Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from UC Santa Barbara. He has completed executive courses at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Columbia University.
