Lazard Declares Special and Accelerated Dividends

Updated

Lazard will pay its shareholders a special dividend later this month, the company announced in an official press release. It will distribute $0.20 per share to holders of its class A common stock.

It has also decided to "accelerate" the payment of its next regular quarterly dividend. The payout that was to have been made in February of next year is to be brought forward to late December. That dividend is also $0.20 per share on the same class of stock.

Both dividends will be paid on Dec. 27 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 21.
