EOG Resources is without question the largest horizontal oil producer in the United States. It's an excellent company for an investor to be a part of, with major stakes in both the Eagle Ford and the Bakken regions, two of the most rapidly growing production areas for oil and natural gas in the country. But, at its current multiple, is it really the best buy for an investor in this space right now? In this video, Motley Fool energy analyst Joel South tells us the factors that he thinks make EOG a bit pricey at the moment, and which one of its competitors might give you more bang for your buck.
