Arcos Dorados Announces Dividend Payment
BUENOS AIRES, Argentina--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. (NYS: ARCO) ("Arcos Dorados" or the "Company"), Latin America's largest restaurant chain and the world's largest McDonald's franchisee, announced today that the Board of Directors approved the payment of the fourth and final 2012 dividend installment for a total amount of US$ 12,508,906. The fourth cash dividend payment amounting to US$0.0597 per share of outstanding Class A and Class B shares will be distributed December 26, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 20, 2012. With this payment, the Company will complete a total of US$50,035,624 or US$ 0.2388 per share, of dividend payments for the year 2012.
