Ecolab Welcomes Senate Passage of Bipartisan Russia PNTR Legislation
ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ecolab welcomes the passage of bipartisan legislation in the U.S. Senate to establish permanent normal trade relations (PNTR) with Russia.
