Dell Board Approves Quarterly Cash Dividend
ROUND ROCK, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dell today announced that on July 22, 2013, a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per common share will be payable to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 1, 2013.
