WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BB&T Corporation (NYS: BBT) , a regional financial holding company, will report its fourth quarter 2012 earnings on January 17, 2013, prior to market opening. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Kelly S. King and Chief Financial Officer Daryl N. Bible will host a conference call to discuss BB&T's fourth quarter 2012 performance beginning at 8 a.m. (ET).
