Babson Capital to Ring NYSE Opening Bell Friday to Spotlight BGH

Event Celebrates Listing of Global Short Duration High Yield Fund

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Babson Capital Management LLC, a global investment manager with more than $154 billion under management, will visit the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Friday, December 7, to commemorate the October 2012 listing of the Babson Capital Global Short Duration High Yield Fund (the "Fund") (NYS: BGH) . In honor of the occasion, Babson Capital's Russ Morrison, Managing Director and Head of Global High Yield Investments and Anthony Sciacca, Managing Director and Head of Global Business Development will ring the NYSE Opening Bell.


The Fund, which began trading on the NYSE Oct. 26, invests primarily in short-duration, global high yield and targets a weighted average duration of three years or less. Last week, the Fund announced its initial monthly dividend of $0.1677 per share payable on Jan. 2, 2013. Based on the Fund's initial public offering price of $25.00 per share, the distribution represents an annualized yield of 8.05% per share.
