American Tower Corporation Declares Quarterly Distribution
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Tower Corporation (NYS: AMT) announced that its board of directors has declared its quarterly cash distribution of $0.24 per share. The distribution is payable on December 31, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 17, 2012.
