Law Firm Brower Piven Announces Investigation of Young Innovations, Inc.
STEVENSON, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The securities litigation firm of Brower Piven, A Professional Corporation, has commenced an investigation into possible breaches of fiduciary duty to current shareholders of Young Innovations, Inc. ("Young" or the "Company") (Nasdaq GS: YDNT) and other violations of state law by the board of directors of Young relating to the proposed sale of the Company to an affiliate of Linden Capital Partners ("Linden") in a transaction currently being valued at $314 million.
