That's right, Matt Groening and crew have finally poked fun at one of the most popular mobile games of all time, Words With Friends. In the latest episode of The Simpsons, Homer scores his very own MyPad (get it?) and enjoys a lovely game of Words With Enemies. Of course, just about every pop culture reference in The Simpsons doubles as commentary. Forget the fact that The Simpsons has its own mobile game for a moment.

In this case, Words With Enemies is a word game much like Scrabble, but with a decidedly more violent twist. You see, in Words With Enemies, you create and build words to successfully pump your enemies full of lead. (Ever heard of a game called Call of Duty?) Now, that's a game of Words With Friends that I'd like to see. You know, even the most beautifully simple games can use some spicing up a bit.
