Digital Cinema Destinations Corp. (Digiplex) Management to Present at Wedbush Consumer Conference on December 12 and Ring NASDAQ Market Closing Bell on December 21
WESTFIELD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Digital Cinema Destinations Corp. (NasdaqCM: DCIN) (Digiplex), a fast-growing motion picture exhibitor dedicated to transforming movie theaters into digital entertainment centers, today announced that Chairman and CEO Bud Mayo and CFO Brian Pflug are scheduled to present at the upcoming Wedbush Consumer Conference on December 12 and ring The NASDAQ Market closing bell on December 21.
On Wednesday, December 12th, Mr. Mayo and Mr. Pflug will be making a Company presentation at the Wedbush Securities' 13th Annual California Dreamin' Consumer Conference at 3:40 p.m. ET. Management will also meet with institutional investors at the Conference, which is being held at Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York City.
On Friday, December 21st, Mr. Mayo will be joined by members of the Company's Board of Directors and management team as they ring the closing bell at NASDAQ's MarketSite in Times Square, New York City. The ceremonial bell-ringing follows Digiplex's first annual meeting (AGM) as a public company since successfully completing its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in April 2012. The AGM is also being held at the MarketSite location earlier that day.
