VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AmeriGas Partners, L.P. (NYS: APU) announced today that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2012 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
