SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- John F. Stapleton, Chairman of the Board of Directors of El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc. (OTC/BB: ECPN), announced today that the agenda for the November 20, 2012 Shareholders Informational Meeting—as well as the presentation materials he will deliver to attending shareholders—will post to the El Capitan website at 10 a.m. Mountain time, simultaneous with the start of the meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona.
