BlackRock Declares Quarterly Dividend of $1.50 on Common Stock

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BlackRock, Inc. (NYS: BLK) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.50 per share of common stock, payable December 24, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2012.
