KB Home to Offer New Homes in Palm Coast
Built to Order builder purchases lots in new master plan community and plans to break ground later this month
PALM COAST, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KB Home (NYS: KBH) , one of the nation's largest and most recognized homebuilders, today announced that it has acquired select lots in a new master plan community development in Palm Coast. The builder, distinguished by its Built to Order approach, plans to begin model home construction at the community site, to be called Grand Landings, later this month.

The KB Home lots are part of the first phase of development of an all-new master plan community. KB Home will offer a variety of one- and two-story floor plans with up to five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, which can be "built to order" on the lots. Built to Order means that homebuyers can choose their lot location, the floor plan that goes on it and many of the design features included in it in order to get their new home built just the way they want it.
Model home construction at Grand Landings is scheduled to start later this month, with the grand opening to home shoppers projected for early 2013.
