CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The directors of FreightCar America, Inc. (NAS: RAIL) have declared a regular cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock of the Company. The dividend is payable on May 31, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 24, 2013.
