SHFL's best-in-class online casino table-game content will become available to Bally's iGaming Platform customers, allowing them to deliver top offerings in online casino table games to their players.

"We are pleased to have entered into this agreement with SHFL," said Bally Technologies' Vice President of Business Development John Connelly. "One of Bally's commitments to our interactive customers is to provide them with best-in-class content from the leading licensed suppliers from around the world. Operators will have the ability to choose from an array of world-class content, enabling them to maximize their revenue and competitive advantage. The products we can now offer from SHFL further our ability to fulfill this commitment."

Bally's open iGaming Platform enables casinos to deliver play-for-free and wager-based poker, table games, video slots, sports betting, and social connection and choose from best-of-breed content and a library of interactive games based on proven casino-gaming content and popular play mechanics.

Bally is providing its iGaming platform for the Golden Nugget casinos in Las Vegas and Atlantic City, N.J., which can be found at goldennuggetpoker.com, and the Company recently announced an agreement to provide its iGaming platform for Mohegan Sun's casinos in Connecticut and Pennsylvania and American Casino & Entertainment Properties' Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower, Aquarius Resort and Casino, and two Arizona Charlie's casinos.

Bally integrates its cross-platform business-to-business iGaming solution with core casino patron, slot-management, and business-intelligence systems. This "single view of the player" provides operators with enterprise-wide analytics and the ability to conduct multi-channel promotions and bonusing to patrons on the casino floor, at home, or on the move.

"This agreement with Bally and their B2B focus in the online interactive market fully aligns with our strategy to leverage our renowned proprietary table games brands online," said Louis Castle, SHFL entertainment's Chief Strategy Officer. "Our online content is comprised of the same offerings that have proven to be so successful in land-based casinos, including Three Card Poker, Casino War, Let It Ride, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, our popular side bets, and our progressives, to name a few."
