(NAS: ALNY) , a leading RNAi therapeutics company, announced that management will host a conference call on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. ET to discuss the restructuring of its relationship with Tekmira including a new licensing agreement and a resolution of all litigation between the parties in a settlement agreement.
