Northwest Pipe Whiffs on Revenues

EPS came in at $0.36. The two earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ anticipated $0.61 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.36 for Q3 were 2.9% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.35 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 10.1%, 180 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 3.5%, 370 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 3.0%, 60 basis points better than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $132.7 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.40.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $543.3 million. The average EPS estimate is $1.89.
