Maxim Crane Works Releases Third Quarter Financial Results, Announces Entrance into Amended and Restated Senior Secured Syndicated Credit Facility and Schedules Bond Investor Call for November 20, 2012
PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Maxim Crane Works Holdings, Inc. today announced that it will host a bond investor call on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on its third quarter 2012 financial results. The financial results have been posted to the Company's website and have been filed with the Trustee. In addition, on November 6, 2012, the Company entered into an amended and restated senior secured syndicated credit facility. The Company filed the agreement with the Trustee and posted it on investor website in accordance with the indenture agreement.
