Tumi Holdings, Inc. Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering of Common Stock

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tumi Holdings, Inc. ("Tumi") (NYS: TUMI) today announced the pricing of a secondary offering of 10,100,000 shares of its common stock at $21.10 per share.

The selling stockholders, which include funds managed by or entities affiliated with Doughty Hanson & Co Managers Limited, as well as two of Tumi's executive officers, are offering all of the 10,100,000 shares. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,515,000 shares from certain selling stockholders. Tumi will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.


Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, along with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, are acting as joint bookrunning managers, and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and Jefferies & Company, Inc. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
