Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: MDRX) is up over 7% at $13.20 on about 150,000 shares after earnings. The real news is that it has settled legal actions with Aprima and is exploring strategic alternatives.

Groupon Inc. (NASDAQ: GRPN) is taking the social out of couponing if the reaction to its earnings is any indication. The company's stock is down 16% at $3.29 on 2.4 million shares since the 4PM closing bell. Maybe they aren't drinking beer on the conference call.
