FarmVille Mistletoe Lane Tree Stumps: Everything you need to know

Updated

Even though Mistletoe Lane is the second winter/Christmas themed expansion to be released in FarmVille, it skips the former version of "treasures" introduced in Winter Wonderland (those being Snow Treasures) and instead allows players the chance to open up Tree Stumps. Like other treasures across FarmVille's many expansions, these Tree Stumps are immobile, forcing you to collect tools before they can be removed as obstacles. Adding insult to injury, these Tree Stumps are ugly, which only increases the incentive to remove them as fast as you can.

Tree Stumps come in a variety of sizes, with each size requiring a different number of tools to "open," revealing the prize inside. There's also the issue of certain stumps requiring different kinds of tools than others, but we're here with a complete breakdown of the different treasures, and the tools required to open them, to help you out along the way.

Small Tree Stump - 20 Lumberjack Saws
Medium Tree Stump - 30 Power Saws
Large Tree Stump - 55 Lumberjack Saws
Extra Large Tree Stump - 65 Power Saws

These Lumberjack Saws and Power Saws can be earned by asking your friends to send them to you, or by purchasing them with Farm Cash. You can also look for free Saws being shared on your news feed by your friends and claim free materials that way. Unfortunately, these materials aren't available in Special Delivery Boxes as of this writing, although that could change in the future.

Remember, as you start to expand your farm in Mistletoe Lane, you're likely to receive more Tree Stumps automatically on your new land, so don't throw away any extra tools if you happen to have them. With a little patience (and plenty of friend requests), you'll eventually be able to unlock all of your Tree Stumps, revealing the prizes inside. Good luck!
