FarmVille Mistletoe Lane Holiday Square: Everything you need to know
When you arrive in Mistletoe Lane in FarmVille (whether you pay for Early Access or not), you'll initially be greeted by an ugly, muddy area at the very top of the screen. This is a broken version of Holiday Square, which serves as this farm's overall building project. You'll need to upgrade the Holiday Square by collecting building materials via the help of friends (or purchasing them with Farm Cash), and we're here with a look at the Holiday Square's building process to get you started.
The Holiday Square will be ready to collet from when you first arrive, so your first step will be to do that. Afterwards, you'll see the materials that you need to collect, which come in the form of Lamp Posts, Cobblestones and Benches. Your Holiday Square starts at Level 0, so you've got a lot of work ahead of you to make it great. Here's the complete breakdown of all seven stages of Holiday Square, thanks to Zynga.

You'll be able to earn all three of these building materials by asking your friends to send them to you. The Lamp Posts and Benches are earned by sending out individual requests to your FarmVille neighbors, while the Cobblestones are earned via a general news item posted on your wall. Of course, you can also purchase all of these items for Farm Cash, or you can simply wait for your friends to share extra items on their own walls as they work on completing their own Holiday Squares and earn free parts that way. Whatever the case, there's no overall time limit to completing the Holiday Square, although we expect the completion of the Square to be one of the requirements to eventually unlocking a shipping transfer license between your many farms and Mistletoe Lane.
